Mohammed is an experienced investment banker with hands-on records in real estate development, corproate financing, private equity and investments.

Mohammed is also a registered Dealing Representative in Ontario.

Mohammed is the President & CEO of Alawwal Properties Corp. in Canada. Formerly Head of Investment Banking and Head of Wealth Management at Alawwal Capital in Saudi Arabia.

Jessica Zhang

Director, CCO & CFO

Jessica Zhang is a seasoned investment professional with decades of experience in financing, equity and investment research, portfolio management, investment advisory, private equity, and international business development.

Ms. Zhang is the Founder and President of Langda Consulting Inc. and LD Capital Corp.. She is also the President and CEO of Chancery Seniors Housing Investments Inc., and J Lang Management Inc. She is the founder of a non for profit organization - Canada China Capital Market Access.

Ms. Zhang has been a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2004. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees.

Leon Zheng

Director

Leon Zheng is a senior banker with 28 years of extensive management experience across various disciplines in the financial industry. From 2004 to 2016, Mr. Zheng held various senior roles at Industrial Bank Co., Ltd (Shanghai) including President of Guangchang Branch, Industrial Bank (Shanghai) General Manager of International Banking; Private Banking; Retail Banking; Administrative Division and Human Resource & Supervision Division.

Leon Zheng collaborates closely with a wide range of non-bank financial institutions, government, and regulatory authorities in Shanghai. He is also the founder and general manager of Globalin Investment Management Inc..

Hussein Faraj Muhammad

Mr. Hussein Faraj Muhammad has worked in the field of information technology and networking for over 21 years. He served as a programming language and computer program training instructor at the Andalus Institute for 10 years, followed by 7 years as a technical support manager and 4 years as a project manager at RUSD Group.

For the past 5 years, he has held the position of IT Manager at Alawwal Capital.
